CPD Connect is the e-learning channel financial advisers have been waiting for! And today, we are proud to launch this powerful tool!
From business assurance to tax complexities, POPIA and FAIS and ever-changing legislation, CPD Connect keeps you updated on all legal and compliance matters in easy-to-watch CPD-point accredited workshops presented by Momentum’s team of legal advisers.
You can complete the workshops in your own time and at your own pace, complete the assessments linked to the workshops to earn your CPD points, and if you have passed the assessment, download your electronic CPD certificate immediately after completion. CPD Connect brings compliance and legal matters to your home or office.

How does it work?
For each workshop or course, there will be an enrollment period. Once the workshop registration is open, you enroll with the click of a button. Once class starts, the workshop will be available for a two week period during which you need to watch the complete video course. Note that your online activities are tracked and logged. As soon as the class closes, your learning logs are evaluated and once the system passes you, you will receive a link to the online assessment which you need to complete within three days.
If you are signing up for the first time, ensure that you subscribe to CPD Connect.
Remember that we are tracking your viewing. You need to complete on average 80% of the total duration of each module in one sitting in order to qualify for the written assessment. And a friendly tip: if you scrub forward, or if you leave your computer or mute the sound, the system will know!
Once class finishes, we will manually verify the outcome of your e-learning sessions and if satisfied, you will move on to the final assessment.
